How To Manage Orders & Inventory Real-Time:
1. Live Order Fulfillment 📦
Customer orders placed on the website automatically appear in the tracking table below. Update status from Pending COD to Dispatched or Delivered.
2. Direct WhatsApp Dispatch 💬
Click the 💬 WhatsApp button on any customer order row to instantly open a pre-filled WhatsApp message notifying the customer about their delivery status.
3. Real-Time Test Simulation ⚡
Click + Simulate New Order to add a live test order from cities like Lahore, Karachi, or Islamabad with calculated PKR totals.
4. Inventory & Stock Controls 🧪
Adjust stock counts for all 5 active fragrances using +50 Bulk, +10, or -10 stock adjustment buttons.
